Orders deliver to you within approx. 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS Mail and up to 10 days Hawaii & Alaska. Shipping & Handling Charges charged to you. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries and unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO & DPO Boxes. If your order has several items your items may ship separately and on different days depending on stock availability. If an item is on Back Order you will be notified by email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note you will be responsible for the Return Shipping Charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. We recommend requesting a tracking code & shipping receipt as Hour Lake is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us by phone or email for an RA# and shipping address PRIOR to returning the items. Once received please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed. Returns or Exchanges must be in the original unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags.
