If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note you will be responsible for the Return Shipping Charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. We recommend requesting a tracking code & shipping receipt as Hour Lake is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us for a RA# & shipping address prior to returning the items. Once received please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.

Returns or Exchanges must be in the original unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags.
